UZYTAK Field Teams
Privacy Policy
This notice covers the Field Teams website, Android app, Management Web and Client Portal. Field Report is a separate product with its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible
UZYTAK is the brand of UZYTAK.
We handle demo enquiries, support correspondence, service accounts and service security. Your company controls the purpose and content of its workspace, including employee and client information; we operate that workspace on its instructions. Your employer or the company that shared a delivery can explain its own use of your data.
Privacy requests: privacy@uzytak.com. Product support: support@uzytak.com. Demo and sales: teams@uzytak.com.
Demo enquiries and this website
The demo form asks for your name, company, work email, team size, plan interest, industry, working languages and workflow description. We use this information to answer your enquiry and prepare the requested demonstration or offer. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list or create a paid subscription. Do not include passwords or unnecessary employee or client records.
The form sends the enquiry through Hostinger mail to our Field Teams team. It does not keep enquiry content in a website database. A signed challenge, hidden spam field, timing checks and hashed rate-limit counters protect the form; these security records expire within 24 hours. Hosting and mail services also process connection and delivery logs. Website language and appearance controls use local browser preferences. No advertising pixel or visitor analytics script is installed.
Company accounts and field work
Field Teams processes names, work emails, authentication identities, company memberships and roles; company branding, project and client details; assignments, templates, checklists, notes and photos; optional location context; source and translated text; submissions, corrections, approvals, client deliveries and confirmations; usage counters, sessions and security or diagnostic logs.
Information comes from you, your company administrators, other authorized workspace users and people who respond to a published delivery. Work is saved in the app and synchronized to the company cloud database and private storage. Original evidence, machine translations, reviewed translations and version history remain associated with the work.
Optional permissions and translation
Camera and microphone permissions support functions you choose. Dictation keeps recognized text; the device-selected speech service may process audio online. Location is optional foreground evidence context, not continuous background employee tracking. Photos and notes may contain personal information or location metadata. Android settings control permissions; denying a permission limits the relevant function.
OpenAI receives the text and language or terminology context needed for cloud translation. Text you enter may include personal data; it is not automatically anonymous. Cloud translation requires a connection. Original text is preserved and translations can be reviewed by a person. Translation is not an automated decision about an employee and accuracy is not guaranteed.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiries to take the steps you request before a contract, and company-contact correspondence in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Service administration relies on the applicable contract; protecting the service and resolving support issues relies on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. Records required by law are processed to meet legal obligations. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Your company must establish the legal basis for the employee and client information it puts in its workspace. An Android permission alone is not permission to record another person.
Providers and client recipients
Supabase provides authentication, PostgreSQL and private object storage. Railway runs the API and background jobs. OpenAI supplies translation processing. Hostinger hosts the marketing website and enquiry mail. Device speech services, email providers and applications you choose for exports handle their respective data flows.
An authorized Client Portal link exposes the exact published delivery, not internal corrections, notes or the team roster. Treat that link as confidential: anyone with a valid link can see the permitted delivery. A client can download a PDF or confirm the delivery where enabled. Revoking a link does not recall a PDF already downloaded.
Provider processing can take place outside the European Economic Area; this service does not promise EU-only processing or zero provider retention. Applicable provider arrangements and legally required transfer safeguards depend on the service and data involved. Contact privacy@uzytak.com for information about the recipients and safeguards applicable to your request.
Retention and security
Enquiry and support correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the case closes, except records needed for a specific legal obligation or claim. Company work records are retained for the company's documented operational purpose, applicable agreement and legal requirements; the app does not automatically erase every record when an employee leaves. Account and security records are retained while needed for access, security, incident resolution or applicable legal requirements. These criteria do not mean that all records must be kept indefinitely.
Access is controlled by membership and role. Connections use HTTPS and cloud object storage is private. Operational backups support recovery; approved deletion requests must also be considered when restoring data. Removal from active systems does not mean immediate removal from every recovery copy. These controls are not end-to-end encryption or a guarantee against every incident.
Your requests and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing where applicable. Contact privacy@uzytak.com; we may need proportionate identity or company-authority verification. For company-controlled work records, we coordinate with the responsible company. We respond within the applicable legal period, normally one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we explain why. You may complain to your local supervisory authority, including Poland's President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Account deletion, membership removal and organization deletion are different requests. Company history, backups, exports and copies held on offline devices need separate handling. We explain any data retained and the reason; deactivation is not described as complete deletion.
